What I'll Fight For

My vision is for Hilton Head Island to remain one of the most extraordinary places in America, not simply because of our beaches, trees, waterways, and natural beauty, but because of the people who call this island home.

I see a Hilton Head where residents have a meaningful voice in the decisions that shape their community, and Town government listens before it acts.

A community where we protect the character and natural environment that make Hilton Head special, while planning responsibly for the future.

A community where growth and redevelopment are thoughtful, infrastructure keeps pace, neighborhoods are protected, and we never sacrifice the long-term character of our island for short-term interests.

I see a Hilton Head where our Gullah Geechee heritage is honored and protected, where longtime residents feel they still have a place here, and where future generations inherit an island every bit as special as the one we enjoy today.

I see a Town government that is transparent, ethical, financially responsible, and accountable for results, one that sets clear priorities, establishes deadlines, spends taxpayer dollars wisely, and measures success by what actually gets accomplished.

I see an island that tackles transportation, public safety, workforce challenges, redevelopment, and infrastructure with leadership and action, not another endless cycle of studies, consultants, committees, and delays.

Most importantly, I see a Hilton Head where Town Hall belongs to the people again, where residents are welcomed, respected, heard, and included.

Hilton Head has been blessed with extraordinary natural resources. But our greatest resource has always been our people.
