Prepare Hilton Head for What's Next
I'll lead efforts to start planning now for the economic, technological, transportation, workforce, and infrastructure changes coming over the next four years and beyond.
The changes coming at us over the next four years are economic, technological, and physical all at once, and none of them will wait for us to be ready.
That means planning now for how people will get around the island, where our workforce will live, what our infrastructure has to carry, and how technology changes the way the Town serves residents.
Planning ahead is cheaper than reacting late. The work should start at the beginning of a term, not at the end of one.
What that means in practice
- Plan ahead for transportation and infrastructure needs
- Address workforce and economic changes before they become crises
- Modernize how the Town serves residents
