Reset Our Partnership with BCSO
Strengthen the relationship with the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office, update the MOU, identify public-safety gaps, and establish a stronger prevention-and-protection strategy for Hilton Head.

Get the 278 Corridor Moving
Bring the right parties to the table, not just paid consultants. That means Town and County leaders, SCDOT, our state legislative delegation, transportation professionals, and people who actually understand how traffic moves on and off the Island. Identify what's holding us up, determine what can be done now, assign responsibility, and establish a public action roadmap.

Get the LMO Finished
End years of delay and finish the Land Management Ordinance. Deliver clear, understandable rules that protect our neighborhoods, control inappropriate density and scale, protect our environment and property rights, establish sensible redevelopment standards, and make sure infrastructure is considered when development decisions are made.

Get the Facts About Our Workforce
Conduct a comprehensive workforce survey and ask the people who actually work here what they need and want. Where do they live? How do they commute? Do they actually want to live on Hilton Head, or would many prefer better transportation options, shorter commute times, and less traffic? Before we continue to assume and spend millions trying to solve workforce housing, let's make sure we understand the problem our workforce actually wants us to solve.

Launch a Government Effectiveness & Spending Review
Take a hard look at consultants, studies, sponsorships, programs, organizational growth, unfinished projects, overlapping initiatives, and discretionary spending. Determine what's working, what isn't, what we can stop doing, and where taxpayer dollars can produce better results.
